Oh Yeah! Good stuff, and something I enjoy cooking. Several years ago my sweet wife, K5MWH, bought that great cooker shown in the picture below, and it does a great job. This cooker is large enough to cook two beef briskets that run in the 10 pound range. There was a fellow who previously lived across the street from us, who regularly cooked in competition, and often won. He was kind enough to share His secrets with me as long as I didn't start competing with Him. Using oak or hickory wood, and maintaining a temperature of around 275 degrees, it takes around 10 hours to do the job, but it's worth the wait. Oh man, look at all of that smoke.

When this picture was made, the cooker lived in my shop/garage, and moved outside when it was time to cook. Since that time we built a screened porch on the back of the house, and the cooker was moved back there. The fun and the results are the same, however.
