Okay, you can tell she's not exactly pleased with this evolution!

Here she's trying the "eyes" to get me to let her out of this.  Didn't work!

Still trying the "eyes" all to no avail.

I get the feeling she's asking me, "Why are you torturing me this way???"

Now it's time for the blow dryer.  Hold it a pretty good distance away, so it doesn't burn, but still helps dry and warm her up.

After a little while and some judicious use of a brush, she's starting to look so much better.

Just about completely dry.  Notice how much her tail is starting to feather out.  You should see it when she's running.  Absolutely beautiful!

All clean and dry and just itching to get out of this torture chamber!

                   

Okay, you've decided you want one just like her.  Well, you can get a pup like we did or you can rescue one.  Cavalier Rescue USA and Lucky Star are the 2 major organizations that rescues Cavs from puppy mills and other places when the previous owner can no longer take care of their dog for whatever reason.

In all likelihood we will be getting another Cav eventually and we're seriously looking at a rescue.

I really like Lucky Star's motto.
